ROSS EDGLEY
DOCUMENTING ENDURANCE AT ITS LIMIT
We were entrusted to film Ross Edgley’s 510 km non-stop swim down the Yukon River in June 2024. We captured every moment of the journey from Whitehorse to Dawson City, including the harsh cold, the wildlife, the rapids and the sheer physical and mental grit involved. Alongside the main Yukon documentary, we created YouTube vlogs and supporting content that showed training, preparation, behind-the-scenes logistics and reactions. All of that helped bring the full story to life and gave audiences insight into what it truly takes to attempt something of that scale. Although the Yukon was the biggest video we've worked on alongside Ross in the couple of years we've been creating content, we have also had the pleasure of working on various projects and vlogs for his YouTube channel. Which combined have amassed millions of views.

THE RESULTS
-
The Yukon swim was officially ratified by Guinness World Records and WOWSA as a world record non-stop river swim.
-
The documentary and related content has attracted strong engagement and reach on YouTube and social media platforms, with views climbing into the tens of millions across multiple videos.
-
The content helped amplify Ross’s profile during and after the swim, highlighting not only the physical feat but the human side of endurance swimming.
-
We built a content library that continues to work for Ross well beyond the Yukon event, with vlogs, teasers and reaction material still being shared and picked up by media.
